After five + years of providing services free of charge to ALS patients and their families in all of Nebraska and western Iowa, we are excited to offer another tool. We are hopeful it will provide support, information, awareness, resources, and so much more!

We invite you to follow our journey as we blog about meeting the ALS in the Heartland mission of providing the highest quality of support and care for ALS patients, their caregivers and families. You will have the opportunity to read posts from ALS in the Heartland staff, as well as guest bloggers. Guests will include local ALS medical professionals, Board members, volunteers, ALS advocates, ALS resources, and beyond! Issues relevant to ALS, living with ALS, advocacy and research, agency happenings, and other information will be posted on a weekly basis.
